RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At House of Twisha, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags intact and attached

• In original packaging


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased during sale or with discount codes above 30%

• Customised or stitched garments

• Innerwear, accessories, and jewellery

• Items damaged due to customer misuse


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Email us at support@houseoftwisha.com or WhatsApp us at +91 84608 93934 within 7 days of delivery

2. Share your order number and photos of the item

3. Our team will confirm your return eligibility within 24–48 hours

4. Once approved, ship the item back to our address (return shipping cost is borne by the customer)


REFUND PROCESS

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

• COD Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 5–7 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable


EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer free size exchange on all eligible items (subject to stock availability). Exchange shipping is free of charge for the first exchange. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


DAMAGED / WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

• After 24 hours or once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

• COD orders cancelled at delivery will be flagged and may result in future COD restriction
