PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

House of Twisha ships through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and Ekart Logistics for reliable pan-India delivery.


DELIVERY TIMELINE

• Standard Delivery (Pan-India): 4–7 business days

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days

• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days


SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value

• International shipping is currently not available


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

• COD is available on all orders across India

• COD fee: ₹0 (Free)

• For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order at:

FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, the courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. After that, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.


LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the courier and either reship or refund your order.
